We are currently searching for a talented Proposal Coordinator to join and grow with our Marketing team!

The Marketing team is a highly collaborative group of strategists and creatives focused on building brand and winning work for SEH®. You will work alongside a team of marketing specialists, graphic designers, proposal and content writers, proposal coordinators, web designers, social media and video and visualization experts who come together to develop creative strategies to help our clients achieve their goals.

This Opportunity:

  • Coordinate and lead the entire proposal production process, including leading and facilitating meetings, ensuring a smooth workflow from the initial kick-off meeting to final delivery
  • Create high-quality proposals, statements of qualifications, and letters of interest for a variety of clients and project types
  • Utilize InDesign templates to design customized proposal materials that are carefully tailored to specific requirements
  • Collaborate closely with internal proposal writers, project managers, client service managers, and graphic designers to generate compelling content and visually appealing materials
  • Manage and maintain SEH's proposal assets, including project descriptions and photos, staff resumes, and other custom content

Essential Qualifications:

  • To be considered for this role, candidates must submit a personalized cover letter with their resume. During the interview process, candidates may be asked to complete a graphic design exercise using InDesign.
  • Previous experience in a proposal coordination, marketing communications, or similar role
  • Proficiency using the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter, team-oriented, and able to work with a variety of personalities and professional styles
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two-plus (2+) years' experience in coordinating and managing proposals within the AEC industry
  • Two-year/Associate degree in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, Business, or Architecture/Engineering

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $28.39 and $31.25 per hour based on skill set and experience.
